This opportunity provides firsthand insight into impactful approaches and projects within the sector. Deliberately designed to offer a comprehensive understanding of how these organizations function and assist marginalized artists, the visit features site visits, thought-provoking discussions, and collaborative sessions. Participants will acquire practical insights and resources that they can customize and implement in their own communities. A primary aim of the visit is to enhance the capabilities of consortium staff and youth facilitators, empowering them to foster significant change after their return.
